Acrylic or Resin-Based Render

These renders offer the following advantages:

Can be applied to masonry, such as brick, concrete or stone

Extremely durable and weather-resistant

Less prone to cracking over time

Long-lasting results with minimal maintenance

Available in dramatic colours for a bold and striking look

Acrylic renders or resin-based renders are not capable of letting a structure breathe, so may not be suited to properties that are prone to damp or condensation. Talk to our knowledgeable team if you have any concerns.

Mineral Render

Monocouche

From the French, meaning ‘single layer’, Monocouche is:

A cement-based render with additional pigment

Designed to cover both brick and block work easily

Algae- and water-resistant

Breathable, preventing significant damp issues

Monocouche render is quickly applied to a surface by hand or machine, then scraped away to leave a smooth or textured finish. The method is efficient and attractively priced. Occasionally, we may suggest the addition of a preparatory undercoat.
